Termly subsistence charge

We have a subsistence charge in place to cover the additional costs not met by Government funded hours. This includes online journals, craft, cooking activities, messy play resources, walks, local outings etc.

Fees are charged on a sliding scale depending on how many hours your child attends pre-school. The fees are payable in advance either at the start of the school year or start of each term.

You are not required to pay subsistence fees as a condition of taking up a 15/30 hours place. Please contact us if this charge may be a barrier in your child attending pre-school.

Deposit

In order to secure a place at St Barnabas Pre-School you will need to pay a £50 deposit. This will be returned to you when leaving pre-school, under the condition that written notice is given four week in advance of leaving. The deposit will, in the first instance, be taken off of your final invoice or returned to you in cash.
